The mandate required us to
build an application that makes traditional 360-degree reviews
more meaningful and user-friendly – not just in creation of
questions and answers, but also in terms of scheduling them and
managing responses with an intelligent and automated reporting
engine.
Having worked with global majors in digitizing competency
framework assessments, Niyati brought its technology and domain
expertise to the table to design and develop a business solution
centered on persuasive
UX. Working in tandem with
the customer to understand and articulate the user journeys
across the Feedback Giver and Feedback Receiver Roles, Niyati
designed a
web application with
web service APIs for consumption by cross-platform HR systems.
The solution architecture comprised an intelligent and automated
reporting engine and a survey engine that allowed customized
competency assessment surveys. We deployed the application on a
secure cloud server powered by Amazon cloud services and tools.
With intellectual assets still being integral in today’s
digitally transforming world, a diagnostic and progressive
review system helps build excellence in competitive human
resource management.
